File retention and expired attachments

Uploaded chat files have a plan-based expiration date. The current pricing page shows the relevant plan details.

An expired attachment can remain referenced in the conversation while the underlying file is no longer available for a new model request.

Upload the source file again if you need Manywise to inspect it after its retention period has ended.
